THINGS TO CONSIDER

TRAVEL:

I am based out of Northern CT but am so happy to travel to you or shoot somewhere totally epic. Wherever you want to do this thing, I’m totally there! I include the first 120 miles round trip in your package anything beyond is a part of my travel rates and fees! My travel fees are calculated based on a number of factors such as flights (and other means of transportation), lodging, food, other accommodations etc. This rate is dependent on how far in advance I would be able to make reservations, and what/where the location is. If you’d like me to travel to you, let me know when and where and I can give you my travel fees!

GALLERY DELIVERY:

Standard galleries are delivered to you via email. All packages currently include unlimited image downloads. Through your gallery, you will be able to password protect, download in high-res, favorite, share, and even choose to print in the shop option!

TURN AROUND TIME:

Galleries are a work of art and take time to build! For most standard galleries I try my best to deliver between 2-4 weeks after your session. However, depending on the current workload and especially during busier peaks standard galleries can take up to 8 weeks. Weddings & Elopements take between 8-12 weeks.

I know how anxious you might be to receive your gallery but please try to refrain from asking me when it will be ready, I promise to have it back to you within that timeframe and it can always be done sooner! This is why I try to deliver sneak peeks within 72 hours of the session! That way you have something while you wait!

BOOKING PROCESS.

1. CONSULTATION CALL

Time for a little face-to-face! After reaching out I will send you my calendar for you to select a time slot to have a video/phone call with me prior to booking which will allow us to have an opportunity to get to know each other and I can get a better idea of what your needs may be. (*Totally not required but strongly recommend.)
2. SELECTING A PACKAGE

Although my packages may seem pretty straightforward it’s important to take a look and consider all of your options! I try my best to accommodate you based on your individual needs as each session is a unique experience. I offer package customizations, custom wedding packages, and payment plans to help ensure you get exactly what you’re looking for.
3. SECURING A DATE

It’s time to pick WHEN. Once you’ve decided that we’re a good fit I will send you my session calendar with my availability for you to select a date and time for your session. I strongly encourage selecting your ideal date sooner rather than later as spots fill up quickly. You could looking at a date one minute and it could be snagged by someone else the next.
4. CONTRACT & INVOICE

Once we’ve gotten all of the specifics out of the way I will send over the proposal and take care of all of the logistics. The proposal includes the contract and invoice for you to look over, sign, and make your deposit payment! After that we’re good to go! (Keep in mind your spot is not officially in my calendar until the deposit has been made in full!)
5. GETTING THE DEETS.

Shortly following your deposit, you’ll receive my questionnaire to fill out. I’ve designed my questionnaires carefully & intentionally to help me really get to know who you are, your story, how you show affection, and so much more which will allow me to document you authentically! It’s also meant to be fun so grab a drink and a snack and get to answering!
6. PLAN, PREP, & GUIDE

Now it’s official, time prep for your dream shoot! You’ll receive a link along with full access to my session planning guide that I put together of all the things to help you get the most out of your session and feel confident from start to end! It covers topics from what to wear, tips on posing, and so much more. We will also chat about locations!

Decide which package is right for you! Click “I’m Ready” below you and select what package sounds good to you and from there I will send over a contact form for you to fill out!
CONTRACT & INVOICE
Time to narrow down a date! Once that’s all settled, I can send you the contract and invoice and take care of the logistics. (Your session date is not secured until the deposit has been paid in full.) After that, we are good to go!
*For standard sessions, I require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon signing/booking to hold your spot with me and the remaining 50% balance is due the day of our shoot.
PLANNING
Okay, now it’s official, time to start planning your dream shoot. We will chat about vision, music you like, location, outfits, and all the things photoshoot. Let’s do this thing!
