THE BOOKING PROCESS

Take a look through the family session options and investment information, then fill out the contact form to get started. You don’t need to have every detail figured out yet — that’s what I’m here for. I typically respond within 72 hours, and we can absolutely set up a phone or Zoom call if you’d like to talk things through.

Once we’ve connected and chosen a package and date, I’ll send over your contract and invoice to make things official. Your session is officially reserved when the contract is signed and the 50% non-refundable deposit is paid, with the remaining balance due on the day of your shoot.

Now we get into the good stuff. We’ll talk through vision, locations, outfits, music, and all the details that shape your experience. A lot of this comes together during our initial call and through the questionnaire I’ll send you, and from there we’ll stay connected via text as we fine-tune the rest.

It’s finally here!! I’ll check in the day before with a weather update, any location updates or changes, and a heads-up on anything specific you’ll need to bring. During your session, expect a relaxed, fun atmosphere — movement, laughter, and gentle direction so everyone feels comfortable and at ease.
Afterward, you’ll receive sneak peeks within 48 hours, with your full gallery delivered within 6–8 weeks.

TRAVEL:
I’m based in Northern CT, but I love to travel! Whether it’s a local spot or somewhere epic, I’m happy to meet you wherever your story takes us. Packages include different levels of travel; anything beyond that is covered by additional rates. Fees are based on distance, transportation, lodging, and accommodations, and can vary depending on timing and location. Let me know where and when, and I’ll provide a custom estimate.
GALLERY DELIVERY:
Every package includes unlimited high-resolution downloads and full printing rights through your private online gallery. From there, you can share, favorite, password-protect, or order prints — making it easy to enjoy your images however you like.
TURN AROUND TIME:
Every gallery is curated with care, like a story unfolding frame by frame. Standard galleries are delivered within 4–8 weeks, with peak-season deliveries taking up to 12 weeks. To hold you over, I provide sneak peeks within 72 hours — a glimpse into your session and the moments we captured together, before the full gallery is ready to relive.
